http://www.mithras.hu Sopron közelében, Fertőrákos és az ausztriai Fertőmeggyes között, a Fertő-Hanság Nemzeti Parkon át vezető kerékpárút mellett római kori templomot rejt az erdő. Az irodalom Mithras-szentély, Mithras-barlang, Mithraeum néven említi. Az 1866-ban felfedezett, Stornó Ferenc által feltárt szentélyt 1989-ig a vasfüggöny szigora zárta el a külvilágtól. Napjainkban kirándulók tízezrei kerékpároznak, túráznak ezen a vidéken. A Fertőrákos felől érkezők elektromos kirándulóautókkal, egy órás körutazás keretében is felfedezhetik a Napisten szentélyét, amely 2001 óta a Világörökség része.
