Hamburg-Kaltenkrichen

We rode the route on a Sunday morning in August at around 7:45 AM. Consequently, there were very few cars on the roads, which is an important criterion for me. Main roads are avoided on this route, only city and country roads, as well as paved access paths, are used. In the area of Struvenhütten / Kisdorf, road construction is ongoing in August/September 2017, so one must be prepared for possible short-term detours, as the roads are not passable with a racing bike; a mountain bike should be fine. We rode the route on racing bikes. Very relaxed and with a beautiful view of nature. The export as GPX to a Garmin Edge worked great, and the waypoints were exactly right.
