Start an der Endhaltestelle der Straßenbahnlinie 7

Ab Wilsdruff besteht auf der ehemaligen Strecke der Schmalspurbahn ein durchgehend asphaltierter Radweg bis nach Helbigsdorf.

Diesem ehemaligen Bahnverlauf folgt man weiter  bis nach Naundorf, überquert dort die B 173 und fährt weiter durch das Bobritzschtal. Auf S188 und S189 gelangt man nach Frauenstein. Der letzte Anstieg nach Frauenstein ist steil.

Die Strecke ist für Mountainbike und Tourenrad geeignet.
