2^ parte del Lunigiana Trail in mtb.

Da Fivizzano si percorre per circa 4 km la statle del Cerreto per poi deviare a dx. Su strade secondarie e sterrate si raggiunge Rignano Castello, Castiglioncello, Reusa fino a sbuca re a Codiponte sulla SR della Garfagnana. Si raggiunge Equi Terme, poi si torna indietro e a Monzone si gira a sx in direzione Bardine. Attraverso una sterrata e una secondaria si raggiunge Fosdinovo. Da qui, tra sterrate e strade secondarie, si scende ad Aulla.
