About This Route

Dalla stazione di Chiavari si raggiunge Carasco percorrendo un tratto di ciclabile, poi si sale fino a Borzonasca.

Prima di entrare in paese si prende a destra per Prato Sopralacroce. Si fa una deviazione per Vallepiana per pranzo in agriturismo "La taverna del Nonno". 

Si torna indietro e si comincia a salire,  per un breve tratto su asfalto poi su sterrato fino al Rifugio Monte Aiona
