About This Route

Lovely bike paths, secret backways, lakes, ocean beach, old growth forest and a gut busting hill to the very summit of Bear Mountain (in 2021 a gated gravel road) that you can leave out if you're not up to it. A good starting point is the parking lot at the current west dead end of Goldstream Ave. I had to put the pin on the map where it is because Google thinks it's not a through road. It is gated against cars, but it's a formal bike path. Some gravel, some pavement.
