About This Route

Die kleine Powerrunde XL führt stadtauswärts auf gut ausgebauten Radwegen bis Werneuchen und von dort Richtung Wegendorf. Dort wurde endlich die Straße gemacht, so dass das unfahrbare Kopfsteinpflaster Geschichte ist. Werneuchen und Wegendorf (Altlandsberg) waren sich offenbar aber nicht ganz einig über den Straßenausbau, so dass es noch ein kurzes Waldstück mit prähistorischem Asphalt gibt. Da die Strecke nicht so sehr befahren ist, kann man aber gut etwas mehr mittig fahren. In Altlandsberg hat man die Wahl, ob man ein Stück Richtung Krummensee und dann links auf dem Radweg durch den Wald Richtung Trappenfelde fährt oder aber den Altlandsberger Weg direkt weiter Richtung Mehrow. Die erste Variante bringt so etwa 2 km und hat nahezu null Autoverkehr. Den hat man dann ja schnell und mehr als genug wieder in Ahrensfelde.
