Si esce da Pontremoli e si raggiunge Case Corvi. Ancora 2 km ed nizia la lunga salita (circa 9 km) su sterrato. Si continua su sterrato in discesa fino a Cervara. Ora inizia la seconda salita di 4 km fino al Lago Verde. Proseguiamo in falsopiano per circa 2 km, passando alcuni guadi, fino oltre le Cascate di Farfarà. Ora non ci resta che  una lunga discesa (primi 6 km ancora su sterrato) per ritornare a Pontremoli, passando per Navola, Monti, Baselica, Borgallo, Case Corvi.
