Kinsale to the Old Head to Bandon (Jake's Cakes), then back to Kinsale via Innishannon

Following the same route as week three but this time we will meet back at the golden pheasant for a coffee and to discuss a plan for future spins. We will all then return to the PE for a round trip of just under 50 Km.

Adding duration this week. we will head out towards Dunworley this week and turn around after 40 minutes. THis will get us all back to the PE by 10:20 am. Again, this is a nice relatively flat route on which we can easily practice group riding.
