      过都江堰青城大桥后走G213，经过漩口镇，抵达映秀。从映秀镇转S303，然后经过耿达乡，卧龙镇，抵达位于巴郎山脚的邓生保护站，随后翻越巴郎山，下山到山脚到达四姑娘山山脚的日隆镇。       其中卧龙镇、映秀镇有较好的住宿和补给条件。强烈建议带一些高热量的低体积食物。       第一晚可以根据情况选择住宿映秀镇或者卧龙镇。第一天在卧龙住宿的朋友可以经过一天艰苦奋战抵达日隆镇；第一天在映秀住宿的朋友第二天需要住宿卧龙，第三天翻越巴郎山抵达日隆镇。       需要注意的是经过汶川地震后，S303的路况在卧龙前不是很好，地质状况也不太稳定，请路上小心。强烈建议避免大风与…
