Overview

About this collection

The Tour de France is the most prestigious of the Grand Tours and takes place annually in July. First held in 1903 and popular with sports fans and tourists alike, the 2016 race promises to be as spectacular, gruelling and epic as ever. Before the riders approach the finish line on the Champs-Élysées in Paris, they must endure three weeks of neck-and-neck sprints, individual time trials, sweaty climbs and dizzying descents. And all for the glory of wearing the yellow jersey - the maillot jaune!
