Mladá Vožice: Kovárka–Roudný–Libouň Loop

Quick loop from Mladá Vožice linking Kovárka, Roudný, and Libouň. About 7 km with roughly 120 m of climbing, rolling through fields and small forest patches. Expect a mix of smooth tarmac and farm tracks: roughly 70% paved and 30% gravel/ground (around 2 km unpaved). There’s a short busy-road stretch (~900 m); the rest is quiet lanes and tracks.

Ride it clockwise from the center of Mladá Vožice for a gentle warm-up on road, then a punchier rise toward Roudný and fun gravel to Libouň before cruising back. Great for a quick spin after work or a relaxed outing with confident riders.

Best on a gravel bike or sturdy hybrid; road bikes will manage with care on the unpaved bits, especially after rain. Wayfinding is straightforward, and you’re never far from town for a post-ride coffee.
