Rastatt North – Muggensturm (RadNETZ)

A handy RadNETZ link between Rastatt and Muggensturm in Baden-Württemberg. It’s flat, mostly asphalt, and uses a mix of quiet roads and paved farm tracks—easy going for city, trekking, gravel, or e-bikes. Great for everyday rides, school or work commutes, or a chill spin through the Upper Rhine plain.

Follow the RadNETZ wayfinding and you’ll roll past neighborhoods and open fields, with connections to other regional bike paths. Traffic is generally light and there’s nothing technical, though you may meet the odd farm vehicle. Good year-round; after rain, watch for puddles along the edges of the farm lanes.

Nice extras: baroque Schloss Rastatt and its parks, cafés in both town centers, and tram-train stops in Rastatt and Muggensturm for easy one-way trips.
