Froschradweg (Frog Cycle Route)

A fun, mixed-surface spin along the Froschradweg. You’ll roll over plenty of smooth asphalt with some unpaved stretches and farm tracks in the mix. The route hops between quiet back roads and a few busier sections, so expect a bit of traffic here and there. Climbing is mild (about 53 m up, 31 m down), so it’s more about cruising than grinding.

Best with a trekking or gravel bike. The unpaved parts can turn soft after rain, so wider tires help. If you’re riding with kids, stick to the quieter segments and time the busier bits for low-traffic hours.
