Grand Forks BC to Republic WA
Cycling route in Grand Forks, British Columbia, Canada
This was a great road with nice scenery and very little traffic, especially from the border to Curlew. Traffic picked up a bit as we got closer to Highway 20 and Republic.
There was so little traffic that the lack of any shoulder for most of the ride wasn't a problem at all. From Curlew Lake State Park to the junction with Highway 20, there was some narrow road shoulder.
Although we didn't use it, there's a paved bicycle path just north of Highway 20 from shortly after the junction until just before Republic.

Grand Forks - Circle to the North
Cycling route in Grand Forks, British Columbia, Canada
With the exception of the mile or two on BC Highway 3, this was a great ride on almost zero traffic roads. Very enjoyable.
If one wants a longer ride, you can continue north from North Fork Road onto Brown Creek Road and ride until that road crosses the river and intersects with North Fork Road, which at this point is east of the river. You can then ride south on North Folk Road to Granby Road by the Hummingbird Bridge and continue south back to Grand Forks.
