Quick ride by bicycle from Poynton to Cheadle Hulme

Spin out from Poynton’s friendly centre—famous for its “shared space” junction—and roll past green pockets like Poynton Pool or the Macclesfield Canal before heading northwest on back streets toward Bramhall. From there, pick up the Ladybrook Valley-style cycle links and quiet residential lanes into Cheadle Hulme. The route is largely on quiet roads and dedicated cycleways, with very little busy traffic.
