Cycling day trip from Mariazell to Sankt Pölten

This ride takes you from the picturesque pilgrimage town of Mariazell, nestled in the Styrian Alps, all the way north to the vibrant city of Sankt Pölten, the capital of Lower Austria. Over 84 kilometers, you’ll experience some serious variety—there’s a hearty climb (over 1200 meters of ascent!) but even more reward on the way down, since the descent tops 1700 meters.
