Quick ride by bicycle from Zingst to Ostseebad Prerow

This relaxed coastal ride takes you from the charming Baltic seaside town of Zingst over to the laid-back resort of Ostseebad Prerow—a classic stretch along the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula!

Heading out from Zingst, famous for its wide white beaches and chilled holiday vibe, you’ll roll mostly along dedicated paths and quiet roads (plenty of paved surface, so it’s easy cruising). The route’s almost flat—just a gentle ascent and descent, really nothing to break a sweat over. You’ll pass through pine forests and glimpse the Bodden lagoon or the Baltic sea from time to time—keep an eye out for cranes and other birdlife if you ride in spring or autumn!

Arriving in Prerow, you’re greeted by its colorful thatched-roof houses and the gorgeous, pure white sand beach. If you have a little extra time, check out the wooden Seebrücke (pier) or grab an ice cream along the promenade.
