By bicycle from Luxembourg to Luxembourg-Kirchberg

This is a great little ride connecting the historic heart of Luxembourg City to the modern business hub of Kirchberg. You'll start off near the city center—a picturesque UNESCO-listed Old Town with its fortress walls and winding streets. The cycle route is mostly paved and smooth, with a comfortable mix of protected cycleways (over half the way!) and quieter paths, so it's beginner-friendly.

The climb is gentle but steady—you'll gain a little elevation as you leave the old quarters and make your way across one of Luxembourg’s iconic bridges, with occasional views over the dramatic valley of the Alzette. The route is under 4 km and perfect for a short commute or a leisurely pedal.
