Cycling day trip from Bourg-Saint-Maurice to Val d'Isère

You'll pedal along a mix of surfaces—expect about half the route to be a bit of a grab bag: some paved (and some not), with stretches on quiet roads, cycleways, and a couple of busier sections. The scenery more than makes up for the work though, with epic views as you follow the winding road up towards the higher reaches of the Haute Tarentaise valley.
