By bicycle from Wroclaw to Wilczyce

This ride starts in the lively city of Wroclaw—the historic heart of southwestern Poland, known for its charming market square and little bronze dwarfs hiding around town. From there, you’ll head northeast toward Wilczyce, a small village just outside the hustle and bustle. The route covers around 14 km, making it perfect for a relaxed afternoon escape.

You’ll spend a good amount of time on a mix of surfaces: mostly paved and asphalt, but get ready for some stretches of gravel and paving stones, so a hybrid or gravel bike would be ideal. The terrain is gentle, with barely 20 meters of ascent, so you don’t have to worry about any major climbs—just enjoy the countryside as you roll past fields and small woodland patches.

The ride finishes up in Wilczyce, a peaceful spot that feels a world away from Wroclaw’s urban energy. Maybe take a breather by the village pond before heading back!
