By bicycle from Stargard to Kobylanka

This relaxed cycling route takes you from Stargard to the charming village of Kobylanka — a breezy 15 km ride mostly along smooth, paved surfaces. Stargard is known for its impressive Gothic architecture, particularly the beautiful St. Mary's Church and medieval city walls, so it’s worth taking a quick wander before you roll out.

The journey is perfect for those who love dedicated cycling spaces, with more than half the route following cycleways and most of the rest on quiet paths and roads. You’ll pass through a little open countryside with gentle ups and downs (just enough to keep it interesting, but nothing too strenuous).

As you coast into Kobylanka, you’ll find a peaceful spot that’s popular with locals for lakeside relaxation, especially in the summer months. If you’re up for it, a detour to nearby Miedwie Lake is a great option for a post-ride picnic or swim. All in all, it’s a mellow ride linking historical Stargard and laid-back Kobylanka — great for a weekend spin.
