Quick ride by bicycle from Istebna to Koniaków

This ride takes you through the scenic hills of southern Poland, starting in the charming village of Istebna and finishing in the famous lace-making town of Koniaków. It’s a short but punchy climb, just over 6 km, so get ready to feel your legs!

The quiet roads wind upwards with about 268 meters of ascent, so it’s a solid workout, but you’ll be rewarded with great views of the Beskid Mountains. About half the route’s surface data is missing, but the parts we know are all asphalt, with hardly any traffic—perfect for a peaceful ride. The maximum elevation tops out at 756 meters, so the air feels fresh and mountain-crisp.

Istebna is known for its folk traditions, while Koniaków is famous for intricate handmade lacework. Make sure to check out a local shop for a unique souvenir before you head back down!
