Bikepacking from Cortina d'Ampezzo to Canazei

Ready for a true Dolomites adventure? This epic ride takes you from the iconic town of Cortina d’Ampezzo to the mountain village of Canazei, covering around 237 km with over 5,500 meters of climbing—yep, it’s a big one!

You’ll roll out from Cortina, a legendary ski haven and 1956 Winter Olympics host, surrounded by dramatic limestone peaks. The route itself is a dream for anyone who loves alpine scenery, with a mix of smooth asphalt, winding cycleways, and a sprinkle of gravel for added excitement. Expect lots of climbing and even more jaw-dropping views as you wind through valleys and over high passes—the max elevation gets close to 2,000 meters!

Once you reach Canazei, perched in the Val di Fassa, you’ll be in the heart of Ladin culture and right at the gateway to famous climbs like Passo Pordoi.
