By bicycle from Colà to Lazise

Easy, scenic spin from the thermal hamlet of Colà to lakeside Lazise. Roll out through quiet country lanes, passing vineyards and olive groves on mostly smooth asphalt, with a gentle net downhill toward the lake. There’s a short stretch of gravel/track, but it’s tame—fine on a road bike with a little care.

Colà is known for the Parco Termale del Garda (Villa dei Cedri), so you’re starting practically at a natural spa. As you approach Lazise, traffic picks up a touch, but most of the route stays calm and low-stress. Duck through the medieval walls to finish by the harbor and Scaliger Castle—perfect spot for a gelato or aperitivo on the promenade.

Distance is about 9.6 km with minimal climbing, making it great for an easy outing or a family-friendly ride. Tip: bring a lock if you plan to wander the old town, and watch for pedestrians near the waterfront.
