By bicycle from Bovezzo to Brescia

Hop on your bike in Bovezzo—a peaceful town tucked under the hills just north of Brescia—and enjoy a super doable ride down into the city! This route is shy of 8.5 km, mostly paved and pretty much all gently downhill, so you can take it easy and soak up the surroundings.

You'll start off passing quiet roads and a dedicated cycleway (almost half the route!), winding through cozy neighborhoods and a few green spots. There’s hardly any climbing to worry about. As you roll south, you might spot glimpses of the Prealps in the distance.

The ride brings you straight into Brescia, a lively city full of history, famous for its Roman ruins, medieval castle, and vibrant piazzas. Park your bike near Piazza della Loggia and treat yourself to a gelato or check out the Duomo.
