Quick ride by bicycle from Portorož to Izola

From here, you'll pedal northeast towards Izola, covering just over 9 km on mostly smooth, paved surfaces. The route is mostly made up of dedicated cycleways and quiet roads, winding gently between coastal landscapes with a couple of easy climbs (total ascent of about 146 meters, nothing too daunting).
