Cycling day trip from Taboão da Serra to Diadema

Set off from Taboão da Serra, a lively city on the western edge of São Paulo, known for its parks and bustling neighborhoods. This 34-km ride takes you southeast across the southern fringe of São Paulo, making for a nice urban adventure.

The route is mostly on paved surfaces, with a good chunk (about 30%) on dedicated cycleways—perfect for a relaxed and safe ride. You’ll roll through quiet roads for the majority of the trip, with only brief stretches on busier avenues. Expect some ups and downs: over 590 meters of ascent and descent, so you'll get a bit of a workout but nothing too intense.
