By bicycle from Vilnius to Šeškinė

This route takes you from the lively heart of Vilnius up to Šeškinė, a residential neighborhood with a local vibe and sweeping views over the city. You’ll roll for just over 6 km—perfect for a quick ride—starting amidst Vilnius’ charming old streets and heading northwest. There’s a 75-meter climb as you go, so get ready for a bit of a workout (but don’t worry, it’s nothing too steep).

Most of the route is nicely paved, with a mix of asphalt and smooth paving stones, so your bike will thank you. You'll travel along peaceful paths and quiet roads for most of the journey, dodging the busier traffic. Along the way, notice how the old town gives way to greener spaces and modern blocks.
