Cycling day trip from West End to New Westminster

This roughly 26-kilometre ride will get your legs moving with a mix of gentle climbs (total ascent just over 267 meters) and smooth cruising. Most of the route is on paved asphalt (with a good chunk on dedicated cycleways and quiet roads), so you can pedal with confidence and enjoy the scenery. You’ll snake past False Creek, take in city and river views, and probably spot a coffee shop or two worth stopping for.
