This cycling route takes you from the heart of Kyiv all the way to the suburb of Sofiyivska Borschagivka, covering just over 26 km—perfect for a solid half-day ride! You’ll start in bustling central Kyiv, with its historic streets and lively city vibe, before gradually making your way southwest.

The route uses mostly quiet roads and some pleasant access routes, so you’ll get a break from heavy traffic. Expect about 200 meters of climbing, but nothing too daunting—Kyiv is hilly, but the incline is manageable. The majority of the way is on paved and asphalt roads, though about a quarter of the route’s surface type data is missing, so be ready for the occasional surprise (good idea to bring a puncture kit, just in case!).
