By bicycle from Tiszafüred to Poroszló

Hop on your bike in the charming town of Tiszafüred, the unofficial “gateway to Lake Tisza.” This ride takes you along a super accessible, mostly traffic-free route perfect for a relaxed morning or afternoon spin. The path stretches just over 10 km—enough to stretch your legs but not so much you’ll be wiped out.

Poroszló, your destination, is a lakefront village famous for its Lake Tisza Ecocentre, which is a must-visit for anyone curious about the region’s aquatic wildlife. Both Tiszafüred and Poroszló are favorite stops on the Lake Tisza cycling circuit, so you’ll probably spot fellow cyclists along the way.
