Cycling day trip from Košice to Trebišov

This scenic cycling route takes you from Košice, Slovakia’s vibrant second city, southeast to the historic town of Trebišov. You’ll cover just over 104 km, making it a solid full-day adventure—perfect for experienced cyclists ready for a bit of a challenge. Expect a mix of surfaces: most of the ride is on quiet roads, with plenty of tracks and a few stretches of dedicated cycleway. There’s a fair bit of climbing (nearly 940 meters up), but what goes up also comes down!

Starting in Košice, you’ll roll out from a city known for its stunning Gothic St. Elisabeth Cathedral and buzzing café culture.
