Bikepacking from Sofia to Plovdiv

The route is predominantly uncharted, so get ready for a mix of surfaces, predominantly missing data, but expect to roll on some asphalt and paved stretches as well.

As you leave Sofia behind, you'll experience a gentle climb towards the maximum elevation of roughly 952 meters. From there, it's a mostly downhill journey into Plovdiv, with more descent than ascent. It’s a perfect mix of challenge and relaxation.
