Cycling day trip from Vysehrad to Řevnice

Starting your journey at Vyšehrad, you’ll kick off amidst the rich historical vibes of one of Prague’s most famous fortresses, known for its impressive views and the legendary Vyšehrad Cemetery where many Czech luminaries are laid to rest. From here, you’ll breeze through a pleasant route, combining roughly 33 kilometers of scenic cycling predominantly on cycleways and quiet roads, perfect for a leisurely ride.

As you pedal along, you’ll enjoy a mix of smooth asphalt with a sprinkling of charming paving stones and cobblestones which add a touch of character to your ride. Just a heads-up, there are a few short sections where the surface is missing, but nothing a seasoned cyclist can't handle.

With a moderate ascent and descent, the ride is relatively gentle, allowing you to soak in the picturesque Czech countryside without too much sweat. Finally, you’ll arrive in Řevnice, a quaint town on the edge of the beautiful Bohemian Karst in the Berounka valley.
