About This Route

Fast Flowing with plenty of Climbing and a very Technical Downhill

Sets out of the camp on little used tarmac lanes up through Sheldon then takes in a mix of gravel and mud bridle ways. Has 3 good offroad downhills which in turn get more technical and demanding, the final one dropping down to the river Wye from Brushfield is Very Demanding. Climb the lane to Monsal for refreshments the its back down for the Big climb Up and around Longstone Moore and High Rake. A fast little downhill section leads you into Rowland then back onto Quiet lanes for Longstone and Ashford. Follow the main road back to the camp for a well deserved cold one in the Barn... Enjoy!
