About this route
Die Küstenstraße von Alghero nach Bosa wird als Traumabschnitt vermarktet. Das mag zutreffen, doch zwang eine Vollsperrung (wir versuchten vergeblich hindurch zu kommen) zum Umweg übers Hochland. 6km Anstieg mit einer Steigung von 10-14% (knapp 600Hm) stellten lediglich die Eintrittkarte für das folgende Auf und Ab dar. Landschaftlich ist dies eine grandiose Gegend - wenn man sie noch genießen kann. Montresta beeindruckt mit zahlreichen Wandmalereien, Bosa mit einer farbenfrohen Architektur. Wer auf Entspannung hofft, wird enttäuscht, auch "hinter" Bosa folgt ein Anstieg nach dem anderen. Erst in Cuglieri darf gefeiert werden. Es folgt eine schier endlose Abfahrt...
