Eine Anspruchsvolle Hügelige Rundfahr für 3 Stunden. Los gehts in Fröndenberg am Park, dann nach Ardey und Langschede, Geisecke, IS-Rheinen, -Hennen, -Kalthof, -Zentrum. Anschließend geht es ab in den Berg nach Kesbern. Von Kesbern aus geht es nach Ihmert. Dies könnte man als Wendepunkt bezeichnen. Es geht über Ihmert, Bredenbruch, Westig nach Hemer, dann nach Sundwig, Deilinghofen und ins Hönnetal. Dann kommt man nach Lendringsen. Hier geht es dann flache weiter über Menden nach Fröndenberg zurück.
