About This Route

Von Hämmern aus geht es an der B506 entlang bis nach Wippefürth hinein und einfach über den Aldiparkplatz und die Bahnstrasse auf die alte Bahntrasse. Diese führt langsam aber stetig ansteigend bis fast nach Marienheide hinauf. Kurz vor Marienheide am Kreisverkehr einfach kehrt und das ganze in umgekehrter Richtung und fast doppelt so schnell wieder zurück. Ich betrachte dies als reine Konditionsübung. Es ist allerdings sehr schön zu fahren, da man so gut wie überhaupt keinen Kontakt zum Strassenverkehr hat.
