Eine Radtour entlang der Alten Emscher und der Kleinen Emscher (24 km)

Zwar gibt es in Duisburg keinen Eiffelturm, dafür begegnen dem Besucher auf Schritt und Tritt die nicht minder beeindruckenden Zeugnisse industrieller Vergangenheit. Aber auch die industrielle Gegenwart in dieser Stadt ist geprägt von qualmenden Schloten, die insbesondere in der Nähe des Rheins steil in die Höhe ragen. Unmittelbar neben und hinter diesen Industriekathedralen verbergen sich die Vorboten einer grüneren Zukunft: Verwunschene Parkanlagen, begrünte Halden und das weite Rheintal warten (neben den Industriedenkmälern) auf ihre Entdecker.
