About This Route

Auffahrt mit der Drahtseilbahn von Kaltern auf den Mendelpass (Fahrradmitnahme möglich).  Von dort Auffahrt zum Penegal - steil, kurvig mit toller Aussicht wird man dennoch belohnt. Von dort geht es dann nur noch abwärts, teilweise rasant über die Straße bis runter nach Kaltern.

Man sollte bedenken, dass sommerliche Temperaturen unten im Tal nicht unbedingt auch oben auf dem Berg herrschen, zumal der Fahrtwind nach unten auch gut kühlt.
