About This Route

In Missian kann man (mit Mountainbike) über einen Wald weg nach Unterrain fahren. Mit dem Rennrad wird die Straße nach Unterrain empfohlen. Von dort folgt man einer ausgedienten Straße nach Andrian. Da der Asphalt teils mit Schotter bedeckt ist, wird Rennrädern empfohlen in Unterrain der Hauptstraße nach Andrian zu folgen.

Ab Andrian ist der gesamte restliche Verlauf asphaltiert. Die Gampenpassstraße ist Saisonabhängig stark befahren. Vorsicht ist in den unbeleuchteten Tunnels geboten. Hier ist der Untergrund Kopfsteinpflaster und kann mitunter nass und sehr rutschig sein kann.
