Vanuit Le Menil 3 kilometer warm rijden
Dan begint de klim vanuit Ventron naar Col 'd Oderen
Na een mooie wat kortere klim, krijg je een 8 km durende afdaling, die op wat haarspelden na mooi loopt. Met gemak kom je hier boven de 70 (voor de liefhebbers)
Bij de T-splitsing ga je naar links richting La Bresse en Wildenstein.
In Wildenstein begint een klim van een kleinde 10 KM (doet wel een beetje pijn)
Na de klim krijg je een mnooie afdaling naar La Bresse.
Volg Cornimont en volg net na Cornimont Le Menil
Nog 5 km vals plat (vervelend stuk loopt niet lekker)
