路線: 沿台3線往三峽-接台7乙上爬-遇台7線左轉往北部橫貫公路-經復興-羅浮-巴陵-明池下滑至宜蘭大同鄉過泰雅大橋接台7丙經三星鄉往羅東鎮-首都之星羅東站(羅東鎮光榮路296號)

休息補給站:

依序為永寧站2號出口對面7-11, 復興鄉台7線與詩朗道路口之萊爾富, 拉拉山達觀山莊午餐, 明池山莊, 羅東鎮

回程搭乘首都之星到台北信義區公路轉運站(統ㄧ阪急百貨) 解散.
