Usek Stare Splavy Zahrady je prevazne po asfaltu. Ze Zahradek k Ceske Lipe udolim Peklo - zakaz vjezdu cyklistum - nevhodne projizdet v sezone. Dale pokracujeme pres kopce Mnisska hora a Kozel. Druhy jmenovany je trosku narocnejsi vyjezdem po kamenech. Nasleduje rovinata cast kolem rybniku v okoli Holan. Odbocka na tvrz Jiljov je par km za Holany. Lipovou aleji se dostaneme zpet do Zahradek. Dale pokracujeme po cervene TZ pres kopecky do Jestrebi a dale po teze znacce na rozcesti Nad Braniborskou jeskyni a po zelene TZ do Starych splavu.
