About This Route

This is a great ride in late spring/early summer when the road is closed to cars 9 miles outside of town. Once the road opens to traffic, it is a difficult ride as there is no shoulder and a very narrow road. That said, the best time to make this ride is from Mid April to the 3rd Sunday in June.
