Route geht zuerst mit angenehmer Steigung bis zum Zoo hinauf. Danach ist es bis Forch mehr oder weniger flach. Dann kommt ein Highlight: Die lange Abfahrt neben der Forchbahn bis nach Esslingen im Züri Oberland. Nun beginnt der Rückweg an welchen man am Greifensee vorbei fährt. Der Rückweg ist eben und man kann meistens auf Velowegen fahren. Er bietet sich also für Geniesser wie auch für Geschwindigkeitsjünger gleichermassen an.
