<span style="font-size: 7.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; background-color: white; background-position: initial initial; background-repeat: initial initial;">Salida desde Laujar de Andarax desde el área recreativa de "El Nacimiento", dirección hacia el centro del pueblo para subir por el refugio de Monterrey por asfalto (bastante desnivel) primero que luego se convierte en pista, hacemos altitud máxima en Peña Horadada (2300 m9 para dejarnos caer hacia la derecha hacia La Polarda (2100 m). Comenzamos el descenso por pistas forestales y senderos buscando el sendero de "La Hidroeléctrica" para finalizar la ruta en el área recreativa de El Nacimiento.</span>
