About This Route

Von der Innenstadt nach Hörde zum künstlich angelegten Phönix See (ehemliges Hösch Gelände). Weiter ein kurzes Stück am Emscherradweg zur B54 .Parallel zur B 54 bis nach Kirchhörde. Durch das schöne Waldgebiet der Bittermark(stetig bergauf) Richtung Syburg. Vor dem Casino links steil bergab (14%) an der Freilichtbühne und Campingplatz vorbei hinunter zum Ruhrtal. Ruhrtalradweg nicht zu empfehlen an Schönwetterwochenenden und Feiertagen. Am Hengstey und Harkortsee entlang der Ruhr nach Witten und per Bahn zurück.
