Vom Spullersee geht es erst einmal über Asphalt zum Formarinsee (dem Lechursprung). Ab der Freiburger Hütte über einen schönen Trail bergab nach Dalaas und weiter über einen Bergrücken nach Vandans. Von Vandans führt die Route in´s Rellstal und weiter zum Lünersee.
